  • Leverage your EI to maximize your leadership effectiveness, manage stress and prevent burnout
  • Learn strategies to help your staff develop and use their EI

There appears to be an ongoing fascination with millennials at work.  There are articles, studies, blog posts, books, and white papers – all about what makes them unique from generations that came before.  As millennials continue to enter our organizations, we continue to hear about how they are behaving – or, as some would say, misbehaving.  But are these myths really true? And, if so, how can we foster their engagement to bring out their best? In this session, we will explore generational differences and similarities, and discuss evidence-based strategies for improving millennials’ engagement.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss ways in which Millennials are similar to and different from Gen Xers and Baby Boomers
  • Understand how Millennials view work and the world in which they live
  • Discuss strategies for engaging and retaining Millennials

Resonant leaders are attuned to the needs and dreams of the people they lead.  They create conditions in which people can excel.
